Interval

Today I did a sort of interval run.

Ran to cushman: 5.6 in 39 minutes.

Did 6 x 3 min on, 2 off...don't really know what the paces were though...

Back Bridge: 100, 35 each le, 1 minute hold
Pushups: 20, 20, 20, 20
Pullups: 3, 3
Squats: 50
Single leg balance: [1 min closed each leg x 3]
One legged squats: 25 each leg x 2
Knee side plank: 1 min each side x 3
