4 miles total on treadmill
3 miles- 19:29
1 mile-7:30 (after the below workout)

3x the below circuit:

30 seconds of the following continuous
Burpees
Jumping Jacks
Split Jumps
Wall Jumps (jumping up to a point on the wall over and over)
Jumping Jacks
Mountain Climbers

15 second rest

2 suicides on bball court with 30 second rest between
(foul line, half court, far foul line, full court)

2 minute rest

Repeat three times
