So I now know for sure that two of the bikes, that are the exact same, do not have equal levels of difficulty...lame.

Upright row- 1x10 @ 60, 2x10 @ 50
Lat pulldown- 3x10 @ 90
Rows- 3x10 @ 40
Side arm raises-3x10 @ 15
Front arm raises- 3x20 @ 20
abs and back
