Tuesday- 4/7

Running
Went to the park with Megan and did some running! 

Warmup

Ten sprints, alternating 50s and 70s, starting on the minute.

1:30 rest

3x
30 sec alternating feet in front (cant remember what to call them)
30 sec squats
30 sec jumping jacks
30 sec walking lunges
30 sec rest

1 minute rest

Ten sprints, alternating 50s and 70s, starting on the minute

Did some throwing

I plan on doing some core stuff tonight.
