Pushups: 20, 20; 20, 20
Pullups: 3
Squats: 50
Single leg balance: [40 sec open, 20 sec closed x 3] x2

Run: 33:48 (only stopped once for 20ish sec) about 4.85 miles
Amherst college bike trail to station road. on station road to northeast street to bike trail and back to tennis courts
