Run away

Back Bridge: 100, 30 each leg; 50, 2 min., 30 each leg
Pushups: 20, 20; 20, 20
Pullups: 3;
Squats: 50
Single leg balance: [40 sec open, 20 sec closed x 3, 1 min closed each leg] x2
One legged squats: 15 each leg x 2
Knee side plank: 3 min each side (1 min at time)
Side plank: 1 min each side

Run:~5.1 in 34:05 (35:23 with rest). Stopped after 4.25ish miles which I ran in 28:23. Pretty fast.

Ran from home, down depot road, and down 63 til mom picked me up.
