MRI and first day of back strength

Got an MRI!

If I can keep this up, lets see how things improve...especially those pullups.

Back bridge: 50, 90 sec, 25 raises each leg x 2
Pushups: 15, 15; 20, 20
Pullups: 4; 3
Squats: 20
Single leg balance: [45 open, 15 closed x 3 each leg] x 2, also 2 minutes each leg tossing friz between hands.

Run: 2.8 miles- 19:13
