STAIRS with pbob and jonah for the last three sets

double, high knees, double, high knees, double
5 minute rest
left leg hops, right leg hops, single stair hops, double stair hops, up two down one.

10 pushups after each set of 5

It was pretty hot, which is really what i felt like held me back the most.  I was tired, but the heat really affected me.

We did it in 38ish minutes.
