When I got home I felt like I had to do something else so I did the following:
3 rounds of:
30 seconds each of, in order:
-Burpees
-Jumping Jacks
-Split Jumps*
-Burpees
-Jumping Jacks
-Mountain Climbers^
Getting a Stronger Back...and running a lot
3 rounds of:
30 seconds each of, in order:
-Burpees
-Jumping Jacks
