Monday- 3/30

Bike
30 minutes- 10 miles

Lifting
Decline bench- 2x12 @ 115, 1x10 @ 115--can do more, just don't have a spotter.
DB bench- 3x10 @ 45
SC- 3x12 @ 40
Tricep pulldowns- 2x12 @ 90, 1x10 @ 90

Abs and back.

I was getting worried about you there for a while. Glad to see you're sticking with it. Sucks to hear you're still having back problems though. Have you looked into custom orthotics before?
